Joint letter – NGOs to reject a new proposed amendment to the gas directive

Blue is not green. It's that simple. ECOS and 49 other orgs call on the European Council to reject the latest amendment of the Gas Directive that would allow low-carbon hydrogen meet renewable hydrogen targets for industry and transport. We must ensure the Renewable Energy Directive targets are kept for renewable hydrogen only.
