Call for experts: Power transformers and industrial fans

ECOS is looking for experts of Power Transformers and Industrial Fans to represent environmental interests in the INTAS project. The project addresses the need to support European Market Surveillances Authorities deliver compliance with Ecodesign requirements for large industrial products, specifically power transformers and fans. Experts will provide technical and scientific input into discussions, and review project deliverables in accordance with the related policy context and ECOS strategy.

The nominated experts will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the project coordinator in evaluating documents, positions, and strategies of the project, using existing knowledge of the technical and mechanical variations in these product categories
  • Providing technical input e.g. comments on project deliverables, position papers
  • Preparing, where appropriate, technical evidence to support the above
  • A full list of tasks will be negotiated with the successful candidate
