ANTICSS project to test a number of products for circumvention
ECOS is partner of the EU funded H2020 ANTICSS project which aims at assessing and defining circumvention in relation to EU Ecodesign and Energy Labelling legislation and harmonised standards.
The project has now selected ten product categories that will be tested in labs to have a closer look at the suspect behaviour reported by stakeholders and propose alternative testing.
In the coming months, ECOS will be leading the model selection for space heaters, TVs, air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble driers, solid fuel local space heaters and ovens.
