The HARP project releases their first newsletter

Have you ever thought about proactively replacing your heating system with a more efficient, renewable alternative? Or are you waiting for it to break, as most consumers do?

The HARP project is there to convince consumers to plan the replacement of their old, inefficient appliances before they stop working.

A lot has happened since the project started a year ago, as you can find out by reading the first newsletter.
