Digilabel introduces PocketWatt

ECOS is part of the Digilabel project, which is developed under the Horizon2020 call for market uptake of energy efficiency. The project will build a common digital tool for the dissemination of energy information to consumers across a range of product categories. A recent event brought together key industry representatives that will feed into the development process. Building on this stakeholder input, ECOS oversees developing the initial tool and is working closely with a host of European NGOs and software developers to turn this idea into a reality.

The consumer-facing tool, called PocketWatt, is scheduled for a pilot roll-out in Spain and the UK in early 2017, followed by Germany, Italy, and the Czech Republic. Further information can be found on the project website
