CEN-CENELEC Annual Meeting

ECOS was pleased to receive an invitation to the the 14th CEN and CENELEC Annual Meeting held in June and hosted by the Slovenian Institute for Standardisation (SIST) in Bled, Slovenia.

The meeting was a great opportunity to discuss key strategic, policy and technical matters related to European standardisation.

The Annual Meeting was followed by an interactive session on “Innovation and Standardisation”. Participants explored how standardisation can contribute to technological innovation, and how agile and responsive it needs to be to cater for the needs of the scientific, research and innovation communities.
