Calls for tenders – Coaching and leadership training
ECOS has two open calls for tenders for tailored coaching and leadership training for our senior management teams. The training should entail a mix of theoretical learning and concrete practices. We invite providers to submit proposals for one or both by 22 February 2026.
Leadership training – Heads of Team

Scope
Provide five Heads of Team a tailor-made leadership training, according to their level of responsibilities. The training should entail a mix of theoretical learning and concrete practices, focusing on the following areas:
- Team leadership
- Leading a team with diverse background
- Leading staff through change
- Managing performance
- Developing and mentoring others, through feedback
- Managing conflict, handling difficult conversations
Senior Management – Executive coaching

🗎 2026 Tender – Executive coaching for leaders – Deadline: 22 February 2026
Scope
- Deliver individual executive coaching to 11 senior management colleagues.
- Prepare six hours of coaching personalised to each colleague.
