Alongside 12 other civil society organisations, ECOS calls on the European Commission to urgently preserve the integrity and impact of the EU Methane Regulation ahead of discussions on the EU-US trade agreement. In a joint letter to President von der Leyen, Commissioner Jørgensen, Vice-President Šefčovič, and Executive Vice-President Dombrovskis, we urge the EU to defend the Methane Regulation and its Import Standard.
