Joint call for an ambitious Digital Fairness Act
World Consumer Rights Day is around the corner. Digital technologies have become essential to everyday life. But the digital environment has also enabled the proliferation of commercial practices that violate fundamental rights.
That is why, together with over 200 organisations and academics, we are calling on the European Commission to develop a strong Digital Fairness Act. That means delivering meaningful protection in the digital environment for people of all ages.
