We warmly invite you to the CEN-CENELEC Sector Forum Energy Management (SFEM) Seminar, which this year looks at “Funding Energy Efficiency projects. What tools do we need to motivate and to reassure investors?”
Taking place in Brussels on the 17th of September, speakers from the European Commission, standardisation groups, finance institutions, industry, and local government representatives, will discuss the measures and tools supporting investment in energy efficiency projects. This will be looked at in the context of the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Directive, and the role of standards in creating investment confidence.
The SFEM provides the platform for strategic discussions related to standardisation in the field of energy efficiency, energy management, and renewable energy. It aims at developing a general strategy for the improvement of energy efficiency standardisation, ensuring coordination and consistency of standardisation activities in this area, and making recommendations for standardisation needs, including needs linked to European legislation. ECOS is a member of SFEM and active contributor to the discussions and its deliverables.
The event is free to attend. For further information and to register, visit the CEN-CENELEC website.
