EUSEW Registrations now open – ECOS will speak in two sessions!

EUSEW19_logoThe European Sustainable Energy Week is the biggest European conference dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe. Sessions organised by the European Commission and energy stakeholders focus on sustainable energy issues, debate new policy developments, best practices and sustainable energy ideas.

EUSEW 2019 will take place from 18 to 20 June 2019. Registrations are now open and the conference is free of charge for all participants. Detailed programme is available here.

20 June at 11 AM: ECODESIGN AND ENERGY LABELS: SETTING STANDARDS FOR CONSUMERS
Co-organised by the Coolproducts Campaign and CEN-CENELEC, the session aspires to explore the challenges ahead for the EU Product Policy Framework and standards, as well as the relationship between the two. 20 June at 2PM: MARKET SURVEILLANCE: MORE CAPACITY AND CLARITY – MORE IMPACT
Three European projects, EEPLIANT2, ANTICSS and INTAS, have come together to highlight how a series of pan-European market surveillance projects implement change on the ground to help shape the future of EU’s market surveillance on energy efficiency. ECOS Programme Manager Nerea Ruiz Fuente, involved in both the ANTICSS and INTAS consortium, will address the issues related to market surveillance of industrial products.
