We process the minimum required personal data that you give to us when you wish to apply for membership or subscribe to our newsletter. ECOS will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information collected online to third parties. For auditing purposes we may show attendee lists obtained at events to donors for the sole purpose of verifying that funded events took place.

The ECOS Secretariat, as well as a service providers such as website developers andMailchimp.

In case your contact with ECOS does not sufficiently address your request, you may further contact the relevant Data Protection Authority. As ECOS is a legal entity based in Belgium, they operate under the remit of the Belgian Data Privacy Commission.

Providing your personal data to us is optional, however, in some circumstances if you do not provide it, we will probably not be able to keep you up to date with news or events, subscription materials or e-newsletters, or our website may not work properly for you.
