ECOS Members gathered for a General Assembly on 13 June 2018
On 13 June, ECOS Members gathered in Brussels for the 2018 General Assembly.
During the meeting, chaired by ECOS President Greg Archer, members were given a presentation on the past year’s achievements and a comprehensive update on the implementation of the organisation’s 2018 work programme. The members also discussed the strategic plan and priorities for 2019. Finally, Greg Archer (T&E) was elected ECOS President, together with the new Executive Committee, including four new members:
- Patrick ten Brinck (European Environmental Bureau)
- Ariadna Rodrigo (Zero Waste Europe)
- Ivana Rogulj (DOOR, Croatia)
- Robert Brett (individual member)
The General Assembly was followed by a stimulating discussion session on how we can make circular economy a reality, chaired by ECOS Senior Programme Managers Doreen Fedrigo and Chloé Fayole. Slides are available here.
